The Self Regulation Institute launched its first Annual Online Summit with 25 insightful interviews conducted with experts. Areas of discussion included stress, breaking a stress cycle, resilience, supporting mental health in young children, co-regulation, the Self-Reg approach to supporting parents, the five steps of Self-Reg, and much more.
